Cancellation and Refund Policy
We will be happy to cancel and refund your order 80% if your cancellation request is made before 3:00 pm the day before the delivery date of your order. Due to the nature of Melina Florez Floral Boutique products, some necessary preparations are made the day before for each order. We require prior notice of cancellation.
If your cancellation request is made between 3:01 pm and 10:00 pm the day before the delivery of your order we will refund 60% of your order total, calculated before taxes and shipping fee.
If your cancellation request is made after 10:01 pm the day before the delivery of your order, no refund will be made.
Cancellation request special dates: for these dates we double our efforts to do our best for you with careful logistics, for these dates we do not accept cancellations.
Cancellation requests should be sent to contact@melinaflorez.com — in the subject line write "order cancellation". The exact time of your email will be treated as the time of your cancellation request.
RETURN POLICY
We provide a product that contains life and is organic, are perishable and delicate products, its handling must be careful because it is sensitive to temperature, humidity and light. The only exception being the reception of a defective product or if you received a product that does not match your purchase order. This claim must be made within 6 hours of receiving the product, sending a photo and details of what happened to contact@melinaflorez.com. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions.
