Delivery Information

Delivery Times:

The fastest delivery available is 24 hours. Deliveries at specific times are not made, due to multiple variables. Our delivery schedule is from 12 pm - 6 pm, we will deliver the product in that time slot, we do not guarantee an exact time. We do not make deliveries on Sundays.

Special dates:

(Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, International Women's Day, Thanksgiving Day, among others): •During these special occasions, our delivery window may be extended, and Sunday deliveries will be available. •We will share detailed delivery information for each holiday on our social media channels.

Residential Deliveries (Home):

•A team member will knock and hand-deliver the product. •If the recipient is not home, we will call them. •We may leave the delivery in a secure, shaded area (except during summer months, when hand-delivery is required). •If delivery is not possible, we will leave a message to reschedule.

Hotel Deliveries:

•Our team will deliver the product to the hotel’s front desk. In-room deliveries are not permitted. •Please include the room number and hotel name in your order details.

Deliveries to an office:

•Deliveries to offices will be left at the reception desk. •Please provide the full name of the recipient, if applicable.

Special events:

(Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, or other celebrations) •For weddings, birthdays, business meetings, or any special event, please email us at contact@melinaflorez.com •We’ll get back to you as soon as possible—we’d be honored to be your trusted partner.

Change in delivery date:

You may change the delivery date or location if your request is made before 3:00 PM the day prior to delivery. •Please send an email to contact@melinaflorez.com, with the subject line “Delivery Change,” clearly detailing your requested modification
